Dear Ocean City School Community, 

It is truly an honor to have the opportunity to join the Ocean City School District as your next Superintendent of Schools. 

Like many people throughout New Jersey, I have always had a tremendous appreciation for Ocean City. Over the past several months, I have had the opportunity to experience this incredible community in a deeper way…a community built on strong relationships, shared values, traditions, and a genuine commitment to children and families. 

The connection between Ocean City and its schools is something special. The support of our families, local businesses, community organizations, and residents creates an environment where students are encouraged to grow, explore, and achieve. It is clear that the strength of this community is one of the many reasons Ocean City Public Schools continues to be recognized as an outstanding district. 

I am excited to begin this journey and look forward to meeting our students, families, staff members, and community partners throughout the summer and into the upcoming school year. Building strong relationships and being present in our schools and community will be a priority from day one. 

I want to thank Dr. Angelillo for his leadership and for helping guide the district during this transition. My goal is to honor the traditions and successes that make Ocean City unique while continuing to move the district forward through collaboration, communication, and a shared commitment to student success. 

Throughout my career in education, including eight years serving as a superintendent and various leadership roles before that, I have always believed that successful schools are built on people. Every student deserves to be known, supported, and provided with opportunities to reach their fullest potential. Strong districts are created when educators, families, students, and community members work together toward a common purpose. Through thoughtful planning, continuous improvement, and a focus on the whole child, we can continue to provide the high-quality educational experience Ocean City students deserve. 

I look forward to being a visible and engaged partner in this community and working alongside all of you as we continue the proud tradition of Ocean City School District.
