Summer Send-off from Dr. A

Dear Ocean City School Community,

As the 2024–25 school year ends, I want to take a moment to express my deep gratitude for the warm welcome and strong support I’ve received during my first year as your superintendent. It has been an incredible journey getting to know our students, families, educators, and staff. I am both proud of what we’ve accomplished together and energized for the road ahead.

This year has been one of learning, listening, and building connections. I’ve witnessed firsthand the dedication of our teachers and staff, the resilience and talent of our students, and the commitment of our families and community members. Together, we’ve laid a solid foundation for continued growth and improvement. Our 2025-26 Year in Review reflects on some of our favorite moments and proudest achievements. We hope you enjoy looking back on these highlights.

As we head into summer, I encourage everyone to take time to recharge, reflect, and enjoy time with family and friends. Summer is not only a season of rest but also of preparation. Across the district, our teams are already hard at work planning for the 2025–26 school year, with a focus on academic excellence, student well-being, equity, and innovation.

I’m looking forward to continuing to build on the momentum we’ve created, and I’m confident that, by working together, we can make our schools even stronger.

Thank you for a great year. I wish you all a safe, restful, and joyful summer.

With Red Raider pride,

Dr. Angelillo
