Our March Students of the Month demonstrate Integrity. They consistently show honesty and strong moral principles in everything they do. These students make the right choices even when no one is watching. We are proud to recognize their commitment to doing what is right and setting a positive example for others.

Today, 4th and 5th grade students had the opportunity to see an assembly featuring a Latin jazz concert. The jazz quartet presented various songs in various Latin jazz styles for the students and provided a little bit of historical context and stories to each as well. It was a great experience!

As we wrap up the week, our Pep Rally was a huge success! Thank you to Student Council for organizing this awesome event, and a big thank you to all the staff and students who participated. Congratulations to this year's Rock, Paper, Scissors champion, Nick McClellan, on a job well done!

OCIS held their spring band and choir concert, and Mr. Butterick and Mrs. Rowe did a wonderful job leading a great performance.

We hope all our OCSD families have a wonderful spring break! 

April is the Month of the Military Child. OCSD salutes military members and the families who make sacrifices so their loved ones can serve.

All students in grades 4-8 can sign up. Registration forms and fee are due by April 17th.
Forms can be picked up in the main office or they are posted outside of Mrs. Halliday's classroom.

Softball tryouts are next week! Be sure to stop by and see Nurse Cantwell to make sure your physical is up to date. Don’t forget to complete the registration form on PowerSchool. Can’t wait to see you on the field!

Today we celebrated World Down Syndrome Day by rocking our socks!
