New Superintendent Dr. Latwis kicked off the first day back with a fun raffle inviting teachers and staff to share advice and feedback for building a strong, lasting future in Ocean City. Winners received gift certificates to local restaurants and businesses, donated by the Ocean City Education Foundation. The activity reinforced Dr. Latwis’ message - he’s here for the long haul. ⚓️
A quick reminder that a new “Bell-to-Bell” cell phone and internet-enabled device law goes into effect with the beginning of the school year. All personal devices – including cell phones, tablets and smart watches – must be turned off completely and stored in lockers or backpacks during school hours. Unified athletes had an amazing day at the regional track meet held at Mainland High School on Tuesday, May 19th! 🏃♂️🏅 Each athlete competed in two running events and one field event, showcasing their determination and skill.
OC brought the energy, had a blast, and proudly took home some medals! Most importantly, our athletes represented the district with outstanding sportsmanship and teamwork.
