Join Us for the OCPTA Castaway Cove Fundraiser! On Saturday, October 4th from 1–4 PM, come out for a fun-filled day at Playland’s Castaway Cove — all while supporting the Ocean City PTA! Wristbands can be purchased by filling out the attached form and sending it in with your child to school. Flyers were also sent home with your student!

Thank you to the staff at Shore Medical Center, OCFD, and OCPD for all you do. We’re so proud of our students for spreading kindness beyond the classroom!

This past Friday marked the debut of the OCPS student-run coffee and snack cart!
Our students visited classrooms offering coffee and affordable snack items for teachers and staff to purchase.

Proceeds from the cart will directly support the OCPS Community Compassion Collection, which makes monthly donations to various local charities.

This initiative not only gives back to our community, but also provides our students with valuable real-world experience. We’re so proud of their hard work and heart!

Last night our preschool families gathered for a special Welcome Dinner hosted by the OC PTA. The event was held outdoors on the playground where our little ones could run, play, and make new friends while parents connected with each other. Delicious pizza was served, and smiles were everywhere! Thank you to the OC PTA for organizing such a warm and welcoming evening for our school community.

Yesterday, Ocean City Primary School honored the memory of September 11th with a powerful message: kindness, compassion, and community matter, every single day! Our students took part in OCPS Day of Kindness, a school-wide initiative to show gratitude and support for the heroes in our community.

Pre-K and Kindergarten traced and decorated handprints, each one sharing a way they can help others.

Grades 1–3 created heartfelt thank-you cards for local community helpers:
- Grade 1: Hospital Staff
- Grade 2: Firefighters
- Grade 3: Police Officers

These small acts of kindness are our way of honoring those we lost, and celebrating the spirit of unity that brings us all together.

Our amazing OCPS teachers and staff got a special pick-me-up today thanks to some of our generous families! The Sip-a-Latte coffee cart rolled through with delicious drinks and treats, bringing smiles (and caffeine) to our hardworking staff.
