Since we'll be off next week for spring break, OCSD is holding Take Your Child to Work Day today! Some new and familiar faces will be seen roaming the halls and getting a firsthand look at what makes our district so special. From art to STEM, and gym to administration, these members of the extended Raiders family will get a taste of what it's like to be part of our school community. Stay tuned for pictures from the day!
Ocean City Primary School Spirit Week! 4/14 through 4/17
Get ready for a fun-filled week of school spirit leading up to Spring Break! Join us for Spirit Week from April 14th to April 17th with themed dress-up days each day. Show your school pride and creativity – we can’t wait to see you all participating!
Here are the themes for each day:
Monday, 4/14 – "Local Support Day" Wear something from your favorite local business to show your love for our community!
Tuesday, 4/15 – "Sports Team Day" Show off your team spirit! Wear your favorite sports team's gear and represent who you’re rooting for!
Wednesday, 4/16 – "Red Raider Out" It’s time to show off your school pride! Dress in red from head to toe and let’s see how strong our Red Raider spirit can be!
Thursday, 4/17 – "Vacation Vibe Day" Dress up like a tourist visiting Ocean City! Think Hawaiian shirts, sunglasses, and a fun vacation look to get us all in the Spring Break mood!
Let’s make this week a memorable one as we celebrate our school spirit before Spring Break! Don't forget, on Thursday 4/17 we have a 1/2 day with 1:30pm dismissal (1:20pm for PreK). There will be NO School on Friday, 4/18 and the entire following week 4/21 through 4/25!
Multilingual Family Fun Night was an evening of fun, food, games, friends, and some informational resources for PS and IS multilingual families. A great time was had by all!

At Ocean City Primary School, kindness and inclusion are always in the air—just like these bubbles! Our students had a blast blowing bubbles at recess in honor of Autism Awareness Month, celebrating the beauty of neurodiversity and the power of acceptance. Students are invited to bring someone special for a magical night under the sea for an evening of music, dancing, and fun!

During the month of March, OCPS will be collecting food, toys and supplies for the Ocean City Humane Society. This "Pet Project" has been collecting donations for the Humane Society for over 21 years! We would appreciate any food or supplies you are able to contribute. We also will accept paper towels, old towels, and cleaning materials! All donations can be brought to the collection box in the atrium outside of the main office.

Our students brought the energy today at a spirited Pep Rally to cheer on the Philadelphia Eagles as they head to the Super Bowl! Dressed in green and full of excitement, our OCPS family showed their Eagles pride with chants, music, and lots of team spirit.

From February 10-14, the Ocean City Primary School will be celebrating Kindness Month with a fun-filled Spirit Week! Each day, students can dress up according to a special theme to spread kindness and positivity throughout our school!
